Color options for the liners
When ordering, you can choose the color for the liner from ten color options. The colors have selected to represent the most requested ones - beautiful basic colors to suite all handbags.
Please note, that the color might appear different on screen, depending on your resolution settings. The colors are named as accurate as possible to create the idea of the fabric’s color in reality. Also, there might be some variations to the shades of the colors as well as to the texture of the felt depending on the fabric batch.
Need more color?
In case you do not find a suitable color for you, please do not hesitate to send me a message. Other colors outside the color options might be possible to use - however then it will be a custom made liner.
The liner products are hand washable. In order to keep the liner clean, please follow these instructions. Overall, the used felts have been examined that no color transfer should appear to your handbag when using the liner. Note that due to the nature of the fabric, the liner might lose some excess lint inside the bag, but this can be vacuumed easily.
- To remove the excess dirt inside the liner, you can use the vacuum cleaner.
- In case there is excess lint on the liner, you can carefully use scissors or lint remover
- Start by removing the removable metal parts (metal loops, keychain's locks, premium zip pulls).
- Soak the liner in lukewarm water and use mild detergent clean the liner.
- Rinse the liner carefully and fully to make sure there is no detergent left in the fabric.
- Let the liner dry out upside down for on a drying rack. Note that due to the nature of the fabric, the felt absorbs a lot of the water when washing. Thus, when you put the liner to dry it will leak water for some time. Placing the liner upside down will let the liner dry faster.
NOTE: I have tested machine washing with standard liners. Liners without metal parts can be washed inside the washing machine in wool program (delicate wash 30 degrees) with wool washing detergent (do not use too much). Please use a washing bag inside the washing machine if possible.
All of the liners are manufactured, packed and shipped with love from Vantaa, Finland. They will arrive in a parcel to protect the shape of the liner. The shipping fee includes packaging and postage expenses.
The order can also be collected from Enni’s Collection (01400 Vantaa). You will receive an email with instructions once the order is ready for pick up.

Estimated delivery time
The delivery time depends on the ordered items. Made to order and custom made liners will be prepared for each order individually, and thus the delivery time is longer. If you order multiple items in one order, it will be shipped as one parcel and delivery time will be according to the longest estimate. Please note, that the delivery time is longer abroad and shorter to Finland.
Please note, that these delivery times are estimates under normal circumstances and the holiday seasons or availability of the product may affect. In addition, Enni’s Collection cannot be held responsible for delay or failure to perform, if the delay or failure to perform is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control (i.e. force majeure).

Issues regarding faulty items or damages during shipping
We encourage you to examine the delivery package and received items within a reasonable period of time after the delivery. Please check that the delivered order is complete and that the items are in good condition. In case the delivery is incomplete, or the items are otherwise defective or are not the items you ordered, please contact immediately by email at enni(at)enniscollection.com.
In case the package have been damaged in transportation please make a reclaim to the service provider (Posti/Matkahuolto) immediately.
We hope you are happy with your purchase. When shopping at www.enniscollection.fi or www.enniscollection.com, returns and refunds are made in accordance with Distance Selling Regulations (see more).
- Once you have received your package, you have 14 days to make your final purchase decision.
- If you wish to return any items, you need to send a return statement email clearly indicating that you wish to make a return to enni(at)enniscollection.com within the 14 days.
- The return statement email should include your name, the items you wish to return as well as the original order number and date or purchase to your email. The order confirmation will serve as a certificate of the purchase date, and thus it is recommended to keep it in your records for further need.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will only be partially refunded.
- Please note that custom made liners are customized products and therefore they are non-returnable.
- After sending the return statement email, you should return the items at your own cost without unnecessary delay or at least within 14 days. Any item that is returned after the return policy period will not be refunded or exchanged.
- Items returning to us due to non-collection from the pick-up point are not the same as a return. In these cases, a fixed fee of 15,00€ will be deducted from the returned amount.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your original order contained multiple items and only partial return is made, the original shipping cost will not be returned. If you make a full return, the original shipping cost is also refunded.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Unfortunately, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. In this case, also send an email to enni(at)enniscollection.com first.
If you wish to order another model or size, please return the purchased item and order the new item online yourself. We will refund your money for the first buy as soon as we receive the parcel.
Shipping for returns
In order to return your product(s), you should mail them to: Enni’s Collection, Markuntie 3c, 01400 Vantaa, Finland.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping a liner, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your returned product to reach us may vary.
