We hope you are happy with your purchase. When shopping at www.enniscollection.fi or www.enniscollection.com, returns and refunds are made in accordance with Distance Selling Regulations.

Most if the items are subject to a 14 day cancellation period, which begins upon receipt of the goods ordered.

Please note, that all custom made items are non-returnable (e.g. custom made liners). 

We offer exchanges only if the item is defective or damaged.
